This a huge step for you, it is so easy to take care of others but we often forget to take care of ourselves. Sounds like many of us, right? Thanks for gracing me with your presence. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will work identifying your strengths and external resources to maximize your desired change. I love input from my clients on their goals!!!! I strive to make this journey for you rewarding!

I have a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work. I am a Clinical Social Worker with a compassion to build a safe atmosphere for you! What do I bring to the table? I bring realness, genuineness, empathy for your situation, a motivator like no other, and a willingness to meet you where you are emotionally and mentally!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults and children. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life changes.
