I am a licensed clinical professional counselor from Chicago IL. I have 13 years of experience providing therapy to an array of clients such as caregivers of people living with Alzheimer's disease, as well as women, people of color and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience in working with people attempting to cope with many concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relational issues, career & work situations, self-esteem and caregiver stress. I was born and raised on the Westside of Chicago by a wonderful, dedicated single mother. She instilled in me the importance of education. I knew early on that I wanted to be in a helping profession. Navigating life as an black woman comes with many unique challenges. I choose this profession to support and guide others.

My hope is that even after the first session, you will walk away with a new level of insight and hope for the future.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
