New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and grief. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life shifts in ways you didn’t expect or when you’re trying to hold everything together for everyone else. In our work together, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, process what you’re going through, and start to make sense of it. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped with tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive connection. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You can share at your own pace, and I’ll help guide the conversation so we can begin identifying goals and next steps that feel right for you.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood without judgment. I balance emotional support with practical guidance, helping clients not only process what they’re going through but also learn tools they can apply in their daily lives. My background working with individuals through difficult life transitions allows me to meet clients where they are while helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. I also respect and can incorporate faith or spirituality into sessions if that is important to you.
I work best with adults who are navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by change. Many of my clients are balancing multiple roles, such as work, relationships, or parenting, and are looking for a space where they can slow down, process what they’re going through, and feel supported. I especially enjoy working with women who are adjusting to new seasons in life and want to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space while also helping clients move forward with practical tools and clarity.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck, and work on building more helpful ways of thinking and coping in everyday life.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe healing begins when clients feel comfortable being themselves, and I work collaboratively to help them process emotions and navigate life’s challenges.
Strength-Based
I help clients recognize their existing strengths and resilience, even during difficult seasons. Together, we build on those strengths to support growth, confidence, and meaningful change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a solution-focused approach to help clients identify goals and take practical steps toward change. This approach is especially helpful for clients who are feeling stuck and want to begin moving forward.
