(she/her)
Hello, I'm Sherri. Asking for help is never easy. Maybe you don’t know if you can ask for help because how can you reach out to someone who might balk when you tell them you’re questioning your faith or just on a nontraditional spiritual path? What if your job is not a “typical” job and your baseline stress levels could curl toes, forget anyone understanding when you are at your breaking point? This is where I come in. I’ve been passionate about helping people find peace amid stress and chaos for years. Whether you’re navigating the weight of trauma, the daily demands of service, or simply feeling disconnected from your inner light, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and care. My promise is a safe space for letting your walls and burdens down. I provide ethical, nonjudgmental, approachable, quality mental health treatment without fear of discrimination or overwhelming the therapist with your reality.
Healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It’s about reconnecting with the wholeness that’s already within you. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with practices you can carry into your daily life. In our first session, we will get to know each other, discuss your goals for therapy, the struggles you are facing, and begin crafting a plan for moving forward.
It is very important to me that you feel heard and understood. I know that you are the expert on you. Together we can identify your struggles and goals. Sometimes a fresh perspective is one o the greatest tools we can have and I am very well versed at providing outside-the-box ideas and fresh views on problems that can feel overwhelming and never-ending. I believe that within each of us is the potential to reach amazing heights sometimes we just need some help finding the "stairs".
I work with adults who are ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves, people who carry a great deal on their shoulders, and anyone drawn to the healing power of mindfulness, energy work, and spiritual growth. People with Religious Trauma, who identify as Pagan, Spiritual, or with Nontraditional Religious/Spiritual beliefs, are welcome here. I hold a special certification in working with First Responders, including but not limited to: Firefighters, Police, Dispatchers, Veterinarians, Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers/Therapists, Medics, etc.

I identify as
Strength-Based
Throughout my practice, I have employed various forms of strengths-based therapy. Focusing on strengths is very powerful. When we are in a state of crisis, we often forget the skills we have to overcome obstacles. By identifying and utilizing strengths, clients can feel empowered and more capable of navigating challenges.
Jungian
Jungian is a talk therapy style used to reconcile the conscious and unconscious mind (the Shadow).
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
a practical, short-term talk therapy. It operates on the principle that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are deeply interconnected. By identifying and challenging unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns, individuals can actively change their emotional responses and improve their coping mechanisms.
