Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master Degree of Social Work from the University of Louisville over 25 years ago. I've worked with various different backgrounds, and populations. I look forward to meeting you and working together to find ways to assist with breaking down barriers.

First session
During our first session, we'll work on getting to know each other. We'll take as much time as needed in order for you to feel comfortable. Then we'll identify the challenges and figure out which approach works best for you to build on breaking down the barriers. First session may have homework to work on during our next session.

Origin story
I was inspired to be a therapist because my desire to help people navigate life's challenges, overcome obstacles, and recognize their strengths and potential. I have always believed that every person deserves to be heard, understood, respected and treated with compassion. It also included my passion to connect with others. I really enjoy talking to people and having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing a safe, supportive environment where they can express their feelings, work through difficult experiences, and develop the tools needed to improve their overall well-being
