Helping women through life transitions find balance, peace, and renewed strength. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in a developmental perspective that honors each woman’s unique story. I integrate psychoeducation with evidence-based therapies to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. Whether you're navigating a major life change, healing from past wounds, or seeking a deeper sense of self-worth, I’m here to support your growth and healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and your goals for our work together. This is a safe, confidential space for you to share at your own pace. We’ll also discuss how therapy works, answer any questions you have, and begin to create a personalized plan to support your healing and growth. The goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful from the start.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where women feel truly seen and heard. I combine deep empathy with a clear, developmentally informed approach that helps clients understand the roots of their challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are women who often find themselves over-functioning—holding everything together for others while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected within themselves. They may be navigating life transitions such as motherhood, relationship shifts, career changes, or cultural identity challenges. Many of the clients I work best with are insightful and self-aware, but feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or emotional burnout. They are ready to slow down, gain clarity, and begin prioritizing their own needs without guilt. I’m especially well-positioned to support women from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those navigating the nuances of cultural expectations, family roles, and identity. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, reducing anxiety, strengthening boundaries, and creating a more balanced, authentic way of living.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

My experience with Compassion Focused Therapy isn’t about “positive thinking” or ignoring pain. It’s about meeting pain with courage, wisdom, and kindness. If you are stuck in cycles of self-blame or harsh inner criticism, let's peal through those layers and heal.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in managing anxiety, building effective stress management strategies, and navigating life transitions with greater resilience.

Christian Counseling

I utilize Christian Counseling to help clients manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions through both practical tools and spiritual insight. My approach focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and grounding the healing process in biblical truth. Through scripture, prayer, and a Christ-centered perspective, I support clients in learning to forgive, love, and embrace the hope and identity God has intended for them.

Attachment-based

I guide individuals in understanding how their experiences, especially trauma and life changes—shape development, using accessible psychoeducational tools that foster self-awareness and resilience.

Grief Therapy

I help clients navigate grief by providing a supportive space to process loss, honor their emotions, and find a path forward with meaning and resilience.
