We'll start off with an introduction and then we'll talk about how important it is to establish a rapport and a therapeutic alliance between the therapist and the client. We will then proceed to discuss the rationale for therapy and the alignment of therapeutic objectives as we proceed with the process.

I appreciate working collaboratively with working professionals and couples at their current point in their respective relationships. The elimination of negative thoughts that can be triggered by cognitive restructuring can pave the way for a positive and understanding relationship or career.
