First session

In our first session clients can expect a safe environment where they can disclose information. Additionally, the client can expect to build rapport where they start to feel comfortable in subsequent sessions and some humor.

Strengths

My greatest strengths include empathy, compassion, active listening and non-judgemental attitude. Expect some humor in sessions.

Ideal clients

All clients are welcomed. I do prefer clients that are ready to "do the work". A client that attends all sessions with an. open mindset to work hard and meet their goals. Therefore my ideal client is any client that is coming to therapy with an open mind to change their outcome. When clients come to therapy with an open mind and self-awareness it makes therapy more exciting.

Sabine is very easy to talk to and is a good listener. She often picks up on the subtext of what I'm saying so we can really get to the bottom of what I have going on so she can work with me on finding realistic solutions.
