During our first session, clients can expect our time together to be about getting to know them. I aim to learn about your background, experiences, and goals in therapy.

As a clinician, I desire to work with anyone seeking help, and their needs fit my expertise. In therapy, I challenge you to move forward at your own pace. Taking the first step to finding yourself starts with you.
Ideal clients
My ideal client would be males at all stages of their life. Being a Black male, I understand many of the obstacles this population can face and can give a genuine introspective view. Given my background and passion for youth, I enjoy working with adolescents and teenagers as they navigate their ever-changing landscape.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Whether it's CBT, DBT, solution-focused, or empowerment model, it's more important to find healthy ways to remain happy, especially when facing difficult times. Through motivational interviewing, I'll strive to meet you where you are and challenge you to move forward gradually.
