Greetings!!! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Appalachian State University and have been practicing for over 19 years. I'm systemically trained to help consumers not only understand the world around them, but how it influences how they think and behave.

First session

In our first session together, you can expect to meet your new biggest fan. We'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into what was the catalyst that brought you here. I tell my clients to just dump all the puzzle pieces out the box, and then we will turn them all over and begin putting the pieces together. This session serves as your opportunity to release all the things you have had to keep confined up until this point.

Strengths

My greatest strengths as a provider are my gifting of exhortation, discernment, and the ability to give advise in a practical manner. Consumers often comment on my ability to connect and make it easy for consumers to disclose. I'm an extreme optimist, and enjoy moments of bonding through humor, when appropriate.

Ideal clients

I love working with consumers who are looking to be better than they were the day before. My clients are eager to improve, even if they have no clue exactly what that means, and how it can be achieved. They are often tired of just existing, and looking to add purpose and meaning to their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Part of becoming who you desire is understanding why you think the way you do, and why you behave in the matter that you do. Through therapy, we explore faulty thinking and a disrupt unhealthy patterns of behavior.

What brought me to this provider was his above and beyond policy for his clients and he is very easy to share you thoughts with him and is very professional but yet laid back i look forward into continuing therapy
