First session
When we meet I will ask questions to get a sense of what's going on, often starting with "What's bringing you in?". From there, we will discuss diagnoses and potential focus for treatment. I am patient led and will gently challenge when necessary.

I believe myself to be open, honest, and highly relatable. I bring a profound sense of empathy to my work, striving to create a warm, non-judgmental space for every client. My down-to-earth approach helps build trust, making the challenging work of therapy feel both safe and fully supported.
Ideal clients
Perinatal/post-partum counseling is a personal passion of mine. Although I enjoy working with patients of various ages and a variety of concerns.
Origin story
I was initially inspired to become a therapist because I wanted to work with children and intervene at an early stage. Over time, my career took a different turn, leading me from working exclusively with children to supporting adults as well. This evolution gave me a unique perspective on how early experiences shape us. Today, I am inspired by the opportunity to foster healing and growth across all stages of a person's life.
