I meet each client where they are at; providing a laid back, comfortable environment for clients. I believe this approach gives them the opportunity to share and grow. I feel like therapy is a collaborative effort between client and therapist. Let's work together to get you to where YOU want to be.
First session
In a first session, clients can expect a calm, warm environment where we will discuss all things related to why they feel they need some assistance. I will be asking a lot of questions so I can get a full picture of what they need from me and how we can work together to help them reach their goals.
Strengths
I feel like my greatest strength is that I am down to earth and empathic. I will meet each of my clients where they are at, and we work together to reach client goals.
