****Important: If you are in crisis, do not book a session, please call 911/988 or go to your nearest emergency room. Online care is the lowest level of care and not appropriate for emergent/crisis referrals as the message board is not monitored 24/7 and we are not on call. I am a telehealth Provider licensed in 3 states with 25 years of experience and trained in a wide away of therapies. Please note that I do not provide sex therapy, therapy for those court-ordered, high acuity, Bipolar, Psychosis, Personality Disorders, substance abuse, Child Protective Services cases or any legal issues. and eating disorders. Note that I do not provide evaluations for Emotional support animals or FMLA or related. These need to be completed by your Doctor. Other: *** Please note that there needs to be a certain level of English Profiency for this process to transpire. I cannot accommodate a translator in session. If it is determined that there is a language barrier, you would need to seek a counselor who speaks in your 1st language. As you can see online counseling has a few more rules than in person and we will review this in session too. I am a mandatory reported of child and elder abuse and neglect and if I ever got subpoenaed to court, I would need to give up medical records. If you are not motivated to change and are just looking to vent or someone to listen, I may not be the best fit as my style is more for those motivated to change and are seeking a life coach. Before we can start working together there are some forms that are required. If we were in person, I would just hand them to you, but online, we do not have that option.

Finding a therapist can feel personal. You want someone who will listen, understand what matters to you, and help you make meaningful changes. I’m Natalie, and I’ve spent over 10 years helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, self esteem, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and honest. We can explore what you have been through, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical ways to move forward. I know that culture, identity, relationships, and lived experiences shape how each of us sees the world, so I take time to understand what those mean for you. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin.

My approach to therapy is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which means we will look at how your past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns shape how you feel and act today. However, human beings are complex, and a single formula does not fit everyone. I dynamically integrate multiple therapeutic techniques—drawing from cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness practices—tailoring each session to exactly what your unique situation warrants in the moment.I believe the clinical, sterile reputation of mental health care can often keep people from getting the support they deserve. Because of this, my primary goal is to demystify the therapeutic process and make our sessions feel as comfortable and natural as a genuine conversation. You do not need to worry about clinical jargon, cold assessments, or feeling like a case study. Instead, we will work as collaborative partners in a warm, down-to-earth space, talking through your challenges openly so you can understand yourself deeper and build a clearer path forward.

Hello, my name is Ace (they/them or ze/hir pronouns) and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the intersections of neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity, and disability. Have you ever wished you could talk about your concerns without having to give a 101 level lecture first? Are you struggling to find treatment as an Autistic adult or an adult with ADHD? Whether you're undiagnosed, questioning, newly diagnosed, or just looking for some extra support, I'm here to meet you where you're at with tools and strategies that work. I'm a queer, Autistic, non-binary psychologist of color and I've spent the last seven years learning to provide support to members of my communities as they navigate systems of care not built for us. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and consensual, that evidence-based treatment must honor culture and neurotype, and that gender-affirming care is a human right. If you're struggling to build a system of supports and accommodations that will allow you to thrive, if you're questioning your gender or sexuality and need a guide, or if you're just looking for a safer space to process the everyday stresses of your life. You are welcome here.

You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long. I work with executives, founders, business owners, and high-performing professionals who balance demanding careers with the responsibilities of being partners and parents. Together, we transform overwhelm, perfectionism, chronic stress, and work-life imbalance into clarity, resilience, and purposeful action. We will identify blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Constant stress and exhaustion aren’t the cost of success. Drive and focus don’t make you immune to anxiety, burnout, sleepless racing thoughts, shame, manipulation, family complexity, or the echo of old injuries. Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay. With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical solutions by offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world. I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, co-parenting, reunification, and other psycho-legal consultations all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments. If you’re ready for focused, actionable support, I’m here to help.

Most people come to therapy carrying something specific: anxiety that won’t settle, a low stretch that has lasted too long, a loss, or a big change, whether they chose it or it chose them. Many also arrive having felt misunderstood or judged somewhere along the way. I’m a Seattle-based psychotherapist with 13 years of clinical experience working with adults of all ages, from young adults to elders. My approach is person-centered, which means you set the direction, and my style is laid-back but engaged. You’ll get a real person in the room, not a blank wall. I commonly work with: ▶︎ Anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout ▶︎ Life transitions: relationships, work, aging, identity ▶︎ Grief and loss ▶︎ Self-esteem and self-worth ▶︎ Relationship challenges (individual therapy) I’m an affirming therapist for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse clients, and I have long experience with polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, and kink communities. Whoever you are and however you live, you won’t spend your sessions educating your therapist. All sessions are virtual, anywhere in Washington.

Growing up in a military community as a student-athlete and bartender, I learned quickly that my passion and love for people would take the lead in picking a career. After receiving my master's degree at the University of Southern California in social work, I became clinically licensed in multiple states and worked in an acute hospital setting. After working in multiple hospitals and an array of community organizations I chose to focus on psychotherapy to help others on a more intimate level. With my acute care experience I welcome individuals navigating end of life decisions and trauma (whether it be physical or emotional). I have extensive experience working with couples experiencing communication issues and issues surrounding sex, connection and unhealthy cyclic behavior. Additionally, I see individuals working through all types of life transitions, depression and anxiety. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and focus on sex positive choices and all relationship types including polycules and ethically non monogamous partnerships. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution focused therapy (SFT) and emotional focused therapy (EFT). I look forward to working with individuals and couples in all different stages of life to help them process, heal, and move forward with proper coping skills to be as successful as possible.

Now Accepting New Clients. Navigating through the journey of life we inevitably run into hindrances that challenge our momentum. Change is hard and can often be sudden and unpredictable, leaving us without the proper tools to cope with these changes. We have to learn to acclimate to our surroundings on our terms. Whether it's a traumatic response, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, loss of confidence, feeling lost and overwhelmed, feelings of depression or stagnation, there's hope. It takes courage to look into a mirror and see who's looking back, it takes strength to want to make a change and hope to inspire change. My goal is to inspire Hope. To inspire people to look inward and see what is there, what already exists. I want to see people believe in themselves. My goal is to assist people in regaining a strong and confident sense of self.

Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf. I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show. On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life. Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing. The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. My education and experience include bachelors (Idaho State University} and master's degrees (University of British Columbia) in Social Work. I am clinically licensed in Washington and Idaho states. My background is in physical and mental health with internships in Hospice, and inpatient psychiatric hospital for severely mentally ill, and in end-of-life AIDS care. My employment has included hospital social work, emergency department social work, mental health and suicide assessments and safety planning including hospitalization, if necessary, trauma (physical and emotional), and grief and end-of-life counseling. I also did several years of private mental health practice with individuals, couples and children. Most recently I worked with high-risk adolescent youth who failed foster care and were placed by the State in residential care. I am unmarried with very close children and grandchildren. I have 3 dogs and a couple of mice-cats, and chickens for their eggs. I grew up in a military (US Marine Corp) family in California and on the east coast, eventually settling back in California. I left California for college and university then settled in rural Washington State. I enjoy the company and consultation of my sisters who are a clinical social worker and a registered nurse. I enjoy home improvement projects, training my dogs, attempts at vegetable gardening with limited success, family gatherings playing with grandchildren and grand nieces and nephews, exploring historical and cultural connections from the Appalachian Mountains, and reading books and watching movies, especially historical fiction. One of my favorite things that sustain my emotional well-being is to laugh and have fun with the people I love.

I have over 10 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I primarily work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family or relationship difficulties. Many clients seek treatment because they feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to manage the challenges they’re facing. My approach is structured and evidence‑based. I focus on helping you understand the factors contributing to your symptoms and developing clear, practical strategies for change. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness‑based interventions to support emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and build healthier behavioral patterns. Accountability is an important part of the work we do together. I will support you, but I will also provide direct feedback and encourage consistent follow‑through on the changes you identify as important. Progress requires active participation, and I work best with clients who are ready to take responsibility for implementing new skills and strategies between sessions. My Style is: Straightforward – Honest and clear, but always respectful. Practical – Tools that work in everyday life, not just theory. Explorative – Space to reflect deeply in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Encouraging – Support that helps you feel capable, validated, and motivated to change. Accountability-focused – Growth comes from owning your choices and committing to real change. This works well if you are willing to: • Look at your own patterns and find areas for growth and change • Practice new skills between our sessions and create a plan for change • Stay open to feedback, exploration, and trying approaches that fit your unique needs

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
